Residential & Commercial Service in Kokomo
QPH provides residential and commercial service in Kokomo, so homeowners and facility teams work with the same company for everything from a water heater to a chiller plant.
Furnace and air conditioner repair, replacement and maintenance, water heaters, drains, sewer lines, water softeners and plumbing repairs for Kokomo homes, with professional recommendations before work begins.
Commercial HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, building automation, food service equipment, medical gas, specialty piping and Plan & Spec construction for Kokomo manufacturers, hospitals, schools, offices and public buildings.
When a furnace quits in January or an air conditioner stops keeping up in July, Kokomo homeowners want a technician who shows up, explains the problem and fixes it right. QPH technicians diagnose the issue, walk you through repair and replacement options and give you pricing before work begins.
QPH handles furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini splits, boilers and geothermal systems, along with water heaters, drains and sewer lines, water softeners and general plumbing repairs. The Family Savings Plan covers seasonal furnace and air conditioner maintenance so small problems are caught before the busy season.
Kokomo's manufacturers, hospitals, schools, offices and public buildings depend on mechanical systems that cannot sit idle. QPH brings commercial HVAC, commercial plumbing, refrigeration, building automation, specialty piping and Plan & Spec construction together in one company, with in-house fabrication and VDC coordination.
Customized service agreements cover preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration and kitchen equipment, and agreement customers receive after-hours emergency response. QPH is a licensed, bonded and IDOA certified public works contractor, so Kokomo public projects can be bid and built by the same team.
