QPH models HVAC, plumbing and piping systems in Autodesk Revit to a sixteenth of an inch, coordinates them against structure, electrical and the other trades in Navisworks and resolves conflicts in the model before anyone is in the field. Shop and fabrication drawings are produced from the coordinated model.
For renovations, plant replacements and retrofits, QPH 3D scans the existing space and builds the model from the scan, so new systems fit the building as it actually is rather than as the old drawings show it.
Coordinated models flow directly to QPH's fabrication shop, where piping spools and assemblies are built exactly as modeled in a controlled environment, then labeled, packaged and shipped to the site in installation order.
