Why Work at QPH
QPH is one company doing residential, commercial and industrial work in-house, so a technician here sees more kinds of equipment in a year than most see in a career. Field personnel complete a multi-year training program before working on their own, because QPH expects its technicians to diagnose and repair, not only to replace.
- Residential, commercial and industrial work under one roof.
- A multi-year training program, not a quick certification.
- Repair-first culture: technicians are trained to fix equipment, not just sell new equipment.
- Locally owned and operated since 1968, now in its third generation of ownership.
- Offices in Kokomo and Fishers, with a fabrication shop and training rooms at the Kokomo facility.
