QPH engages as early as the owner and design team want, and self-performs the mechanical scope rather than subcontracting the pieces, so one contractor is accountable for the schedule and the punch list.

Budget & estimate
When an architect provides drawings, QPH produces initial budget pricing so the owner knows where the mechanical scope stands before bids are due. Estimates are built from detailed automated takeoffs in Trimble AutoBid Mechanical.

Value engineer
If a project comes in over budget, QPH provides value engineering options that bring the mechanical scope back within budget without giving up what the building has to do.

Coordinate
QPH's in-house VDC & Fabrication department performs BIM coordination and resolves conflicts with the other trades before construction begins.

Fabricate & install
Piping and assemblies are prefabricated in QPH's shop and shipped in installation order. QPH crews install, start up and commission the systems and complete the punch list.

Customized commercial service agreements and mechanical facilities management are available on the systems QPH installed.
