Service & Scheduling

The QPH office is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Yes. The technician diagnoses the problem on site and explains the repair options and pricing before the work moves forward.
Yes. QPH technicians service most makes and models of plumbing, heating and cooling equipment.
The age and condition of the system and the cost of the repair in front of you usually make the answer clear. If a repair is the better value, the technician will tell you. If replacement makes more sense, you will get the options explained, including financing where it applies.
Emergency Service

An urgent plumbing, heating or cooling problem that cannot reasonably wait for regular scheduling: an active leak or burst pipe, a sewer backup, no heat in winter, no cooling during hot weather, or no water or hot water in the building.

After-hours emergency response for commercial and industrial facilities is provided to customers with a QPH service agreement, so contact us about coverage before you need it.
Heating & Cooling
Gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, geothermal systems, ductless mini splits, boilers and central air conditioning, along with indoor air quality equipment such as filtration, humidifiers, dehumidifiers and thermostats.
Once a year for each system: a fall visit for heating and a spring visit for cooling. Preventative maintenance visits catch small problems before they become breakdowns, and a Family Savings Plan membership puts both visits on QPH's calendar for you.
QPH is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and services most makes and models of heating and cooling equipment. Ask about current options when we price the work.
Plumbing
Water heater repair and installation, tankless water heaters, plumbing repair and repiping, sump pumps and sewage ejectors, drain and sewer services including camera inspections and jetting, and water softeners and water treatment.
Yes. QPH clears drains and sewer lines, jets lines with heavy buildup and uses camera inspections to find roots, breaks and stubborn clogs. For an active backup, call (765) 403-0461.
Service Plans & Financing
QPH's residential membership for HVAC and plumbing. HVAC members receive spring and fall precision tunes, plumbing members receive an annual plumbing inspection, and all members receive priority dispatching, no after-hours or overtime fees on emergency service and member discounts. Yes. Commercial PM agreements are customized to each facility, from filter changes only to daily or weekly site visits, and can include mechanical facilities management. See Service Plans or Commercial Services.
Financing is available with approved credit for qualifying equipment installations and replacements. See Financing and ask about current options when we price the work.
Utility and manufacturer rebate programs change over time. QPH keeps track of current Duke Energy and NIPSCO programs; ask what applies to the system you are considering.

Yes. The same QPH team provides commercial HVAC, commercial plumbing, commercial refrigeration, building automation, medical gas, food service equipment, specialty piping, plan and spec construction and in-house VDC and fabrication.
